This project involved the planning and designing of two apartment joined into one large flat.

The idea of a modern mashrabiya came following the client's wish for Mediterranean expression in a modern luxury tower located in the heart of Tel Aviv. Large 6 mm rusted iron panels were installed to create a dynamic screen allowing the tuning of the amount of daylight reflected throw the large curtain windows.

The spaces used mostly during the day such as the kitchen, living room and dining room are overlooking the stunning panoramic view of the old and the new regions of of Tel Aviv.

The apartment also has a family room and three bedrooms and unsuites.

Another Mediterranean motif is a Hammam designed in one of the unsuited bathrooms. The Hammam is a steam room suited for the Mediterranean climate made all from cut to size Carara stone.Special details such as a rounded ceiling with led lighting fixtures and a Carara bench make this room unique.
